A bit about me...

I believe there are people among us who have been uniquely gifted with a passion for ensuring the well being and care of others. Experiencing that consistent feeling has allowed me to fully integrate this passion with my work. I graduated from the Soma Institute of Massage Therapy in Chicago, one of the few schools nationwide that puts a heavy emphasis on human anatomy, pathology, physiology, orthopedic tests, and kinesiology. I have since taken a deeper dive in an accelerated approach to deep tissue, abdominal visceral, myofascial and lymphatic drainage work. Helping guide clients through a variety of ailments and getting them on a path to reach their goals of achieving their optimal health. During my sessions I work to create a bridge between you and the many questions you may have about the complexities of your body.

Growing up a vigorous athlete, immersed in a family of medical professionals just outside of Chicago, I took a particular interest in the study of kinesiology and physiology. I started working on family members and friends as early on as elementary school which quickly developed my curiosity of alleviating pain with tissue manipulation. This fascination was further advanced by an issue that had plagued me for years with many attempts but no success from traditional Western antibiotics, along with suggested steroids. I was finally prompted to see an abdominal visceral therapist who was able to solve the issue in just a couple of sessions. Words cannot express how incredibly grateful and inspired I was by the miraculous results obtained through human touch and a genuine drive to get to the root problem. Soon after I decided to begin my career in Clinical Massage Therapy. Since then I have worked alongside chiropractors, acupuncturists, nutritionists, and physical therapists for a number of years taking in their refined expertise and integrating them into the way I practice.

I continue to expand my knowledge of the body to be able to better treat those who I work with. I am deeply driven to provide a holistic experience that puts the needs and concerns of my clients first, aiding in their recovery and well being.
